Delivery

 

 

I only ship chocolate bouquet and artificial real to touch flowers by post. Otherwise, I may do hand to hand delivery of fresh flowers in Glasgow. In order to find out more about hand to hand delivery, you can contact me. Otherwise, you can also collect your fresh flower order from my home, if you find that convenient.

Damage

When I’m sending products to my customers, I ensure that they are packed properly so that they can come to you without any damage. My products are rarely damaged during shipping. If they’re damaged, please contact me at www.thaifloral.co.uk/contact or <info@thaifloral.co.uk> so that I can assist you with your problem.

If Thai Floral thinks that the product you have received, do not meet the standards at Thai Floral, we will give you a choice between a free replacement and a refund. Please note that you must email us a photo of the product you think is damaged within 24 hours of receiving them, to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will refund you the full amount within 5 working days. Please note that depending on your bank; it will take 3-5 days for the transaction to complete.

 

Non-Delivery

 

Thai Floral tries its best to ensure that your order is delivered to you on time, however, sometimes problems can occur, and if your order doesn’t arrive within 3 days of their intended delivery date, Thai Floral will offer a free replacement or a refund (at its own discretion). In the case of a refund, we will send you the full amount within 5 working days. Please note that depending on your bank, it will take 3-5 days for the transaction complete

 

Returns

Due to the sensitive and fragile nature of flowers, Thai Florist can’t entertain any kind of returns. The decision varies depending on situations and events.
